This is an HDR image of Gloucester Cathedral, England, taken on 24th August 2008.

This is actually my first ever HDR image. HDR or HDRI is an abbreviation for High dynamic range image. The image here is made up of three bracketed exposures enabling me to capture detail in both light areas and dark areas not normally possible in one single exposure.
